Does this company take my insurance?
Great news! More and more insurances are covering digital health products! If the company notes that it takes insurance, we suggest getting in contact with the company itself to determine which specific insurance provider has opted in to cover their services.
Why aren't there prices for each product or service?
Some companies offer a variety of products at a variety of prices. So for companies with multiple products or services, we have a placeholder to let you know you have options and depending on which product is the right fit, you might get different price ranges.
How do I determine the product's safety?
Look for regulatory markers to help determine the safety of company's product:

- For data safety, look for companies/products that are HIPAA or COPAA compliant.

- If checking for safe practices, look for companies that use CLIA certified laboratories or serves you through a licensed pharmacy if they are prescribing or delivering pharmaceuticals.

- Some (but not all) companies that use hardware or devices require regulatory oversight to ensure their safety. We highlight companies that have FDA approval (US focused) or CE Marks (European focused).
What does ‘Clinically Validated’ actually mean?
Clinically Validated means evidence-based research has been conducted to thoroughly test and prove that the product holds up to it's care claims. In other words, it has been shown to do what it says it will do.
